AUDITS
Through VERISOLV® Accredited Inspection Services, SOLV® provides independent and objective third-party Technical Audits for flow measurement systems. We are a UKAS Accredited Inspection Body, able to offer Measurement Compliance Certificates in line with ISO/IEC 17020:2012 for Audit Inspections, ensuring that systems meet the highest standards of accuracy and regulatory compliance.
We perform Audits of both Measurement and Allocation systems at the Design and Operational phases of the system life cycle. Our engineers, through VERISOLV®, objectively assess the compliance of flow measurement systems with Regulatory Standards to minimize the risk of financial exposure in Fiscal, Custody Transfer, and Allocation measurement system reporting for oil and gas quantities.
Technical Audit Approach
We use established Technical Audit Criteria to ensure an efficient and cost-effective Audit. Compliance for each element of the Audit Scope is assessed against pre-defined Audit Criteria. Our audits conform to the Energy Institute’s HM60:2019 “Guidelines for the auditing of measurement systems for oil and gas streams.” Upon completion of an Audit, SOLV® issues an ISO/IEC 17020:2012 Compliance Certificate, certifying that your system meets industry standards.
Our team of Auditors holds Lloyds Register QMS Lead Auditor Certifications, based on ISO 9001:2015, enabling them to assist in the busy Measurement and Allocation system audit programs for global customers.
Additionally, SOLV® offers Performance Reviews for larger, more complex projects using similar Audit Criteria. These reviews ensure that clients are getting optimum performance from their flow measurement systems, providing further assurance that systems are operating at peak efficiency.
